Refund and Return Policy
Overview
We undertake to replace any product or item delivered to you that is faulty or in damaged condition. If you wish to return a faulty or damaged product, please contact us via email. A photo of the faulty or damaged product will be required.
If we are unable at the time of return to replace or exchange returned goods, we undertake to reimburse you via the original method of payment for the amount of the purchase including postage charges. You also have the option to receive a store credit and we will reimburse return postage charges for faulty or damaged items.
If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you may return the unused product in the original packaging within 30 days of the date of purchase. We will undertake to reimburse you via the original method of payment for the amount of the purchase excluding postage charges. You are required to arrange and pay for return shipping. We cannot accept responsibility for packages lost in transit, therefore strongly recommend you obtain proof of postage and tracking number.
